About the Role

We are looking for a
Bilingual Chinese–French Accounting Intern
to join our finance team in Lisses.

You will support local accounting reviews and daily financial operations, ensuring compliance and data reliability. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international company and strengthen your accounting, reporting, and ERP skills.

Main Responsibilities

• Participate in document reviews and compliance checks (audit trail, completeness, numbering).
• Assist with general accounting tasks: simple entries, account reconciliation, and archiving.
• Support accounts payable and expense report cycles: document follow-up and payment preparation.
• Contribute to reporting: update Excel spreadsheets (pivot tables, formulas) and prepare presentations.
• Assist with month-end and quarter-end closings: checklists, account justifications, variance analyses.
• Support tax-related activities (VAT and corporate tax data collection, under supervision).
• Help improve internal processes: digitization, document structure, and file naming conventions.

Profile Required

Student in accounting, finance, or management (Bachelor's level / BUT GEA / DCG or equivalent).

Internship agreement (convention de stage) required.

Detail-oriented, discreet, and methodical in following procedures.

Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, SUMIF/COUNTIF, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP); ERP experience is a plus.

Organized, communicative, and eager to learn within a collaborative team.
