Lead market research to identify industry trends and new product opportunitiesStay up-to-date with industry developments and technologies to inform product strategyCommunicate product insights and recommendations to stakeholders and the leadership teamLead and mentor a team of product managersAct as a point of contact for cross-functional teams and stakeholdersAnalyse product performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimisationCollaborate with the development team to identify and prioritise new features and functionalitiesQualifications and experience:
5+ years of experience working on software development projects as a program or product managerBachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Computer Science, Data Science)Strong understanding of scientific research and data analysisExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and collaboration skillsExperience leading teams and working with cross-functional stakeholdersBackground in Science or/and experience in building AI-products or/and is curious about cutting-edge technologies will be a plus What We Offer
Choice of work equipment (e.g., laptop, monitor, etc.) English classes (iTalki – $130 monthly) Flexible schedule (we usually work between 09:00/10:00 and 18:00/19:00 CET or EET) Newborn bonus (€500 per child) Patent remuneration Paid leave Remote work in locations without our officesHybrid work in locations with offices (2 days in-office, 3 days remote)
