Job Overview And Responsibility

Our client are hiring a resourceful, creative marketer with a hacker mindset to drive branding, campaigns, and content across channels, amplifying our voice and growth in the blockchain space.

This role is on-site in Paris, where we share an office with other companies. We offer flexible work-from-home policies but not full remote work.

The role

We are looking for a profile with strong execution skills, high autonomy, and a hacker mindset. You may not have years of experience, but you are fluent with tools, quick to ship, and always eager to learn and improve. You love figuring things out, experimenting, and driving outcomes. You'll thrive here if you're hungry, resourceful, and action-oriented, someone who doesn't wait for direction but pushes projects forward independently while collaborating well with others.

The role includes:

• Marketing Campaigns
• Lead and manage high-impact campaigns (e.g. testnet, rebrand, major launches)
• Build the strategy and execute across all relevant channels
• Drive alignment across the team on timelines, goals, and content
• Coordinate with partners to cross-promote launches, create co-marketing ideas & occasions

Long-form Marketing Content

• Handle and organise the content calendar with the Head of Content
• Draft non-technical long-form content, including: CEO thought leadership posts
• Company blog post with our head of content
• Lead Search & GenAI Engine Optimization efforts
• Repurpose long-form content into engaging social media threads and visuals

Short-form Marketing Content

• Plan and post daily on X (and other networks if relevant)
• Concise, witty, and high-quality copy for social media
• Daily æsthetics posts to curate the brand
• Reply, like, quote, and engage with our ecosystem and broader crypto convos
• Push team-lead amplifications, identify posts that we should engage with, ghostwrite for the team
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to amplify reacg

Growth

• Identify and test growth experiments to increase reach, signups, and mindshare
• Collaborate with team members to run test-and-learn loops
• Ideate new visual formats for social media

Analytics and reporting

• Track performance across channels (esp. social media)
• Share internal updates and reports
• Maintain and organize Notion pages for marketing ops
• Identify when third-party / freelance / agency support is needed

Required Skills and Experience

• Native-level fluency in English
• Crypto native with a deep understanding of Twitter culture and narratives
• Exceptional short-form writing
• Design autonomy, you'll use our Figma templates but also produce visuals on your own

Bonus skills

• Experience with Farcaster, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn
• Basic video editing (extract short clips from long form)
• Can work in French
• Past experience in web3

We are currently a team of 8, including five developers.

You will work alongside the business team: Sylve (CEO), Cécile (Chief of Staff), Alex S. (Head of Content) and Matteo (Discovery team).
