Nous recherchons un.e hô pour offrir un accueil chaleureux et professionnel à nos clients. Vos responsabilités incluront la prise en charge des visiteurs, scanner les Qr-code.

Vous serez également chargé.e de garantir la satisfaction des clients en répondant à leurs demandes avec courtoisie et efficacité. Ce poste est en présentiel et basé à Aix-en-Provence.

Qualifications

  • Compétences en accueil et service client : Excellente attitude orientée client, capacité à établir un contact chaleureux et à résoudre les problématiques des clients avec professionnalisme.
  • Compétences en communication : Maîtrise des outils de communication verbale et écrite, en particulier dans un environnement professionnel.
  • Compétences en organisation : Aptitude à gérer plusieurs tâches en simultané, tout en assurant une attention aux détails et le respect des délais.
