V.I.E - Strategic Project Executive - China - Shanghai

As a Strategic Project Executive V.I.E, you will assist the Chief of Staff and the CEO office team in the daily tasks and missions, focusing on Business Intelligence, Strategic Thinking and Project Management. You will need to ensure all work streams are addressed in a relevant way and are moving effectively, collectively and timely. The length of this V.I.E assignment is 12 months, ideally starting in May 2026, depending on visa requirements. This role is based in Shanghai.

Business Intelligence & Business Support

• Support the business insights by closely monitoring the evolution of the macro environment (GDP, consumer confidence…) and the luxury market in China.
• Drive the intelligence studies (competition landscape, luxury consumption trends, Chinese clientele…) at the country level as well as regional level.
• Work closely with each function to understand the business and get a good level of business sense.
• Support regular business reviews with different functions and topics.
• Coordinate with different functions on the projects initiated during business review meetings.   
• Contribute to the market action plans, by driving content and coordinating deliverables.
• Facilitate and adapt the content to different audiences and ensure the message is delivered relevantly and in the compliance method.

Project Management & Coordination

• Follow up on the implementation of strategic projects and corporate initiatives.
• Play a key contact role with different stakeholders (central/international teams, cross-functions…) to ensure the implementation of projects.
• Support the ad hoc projects regarding internal communication and corporate initiatives.

In order to be eligible for a V.I.E in China:

• You graduated from a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Engineering or related disciplines from a University among the top 500 list of The Academic Ranking of World Universities. The Academic Record Certificate issued by the University needs to prove an average score no less than 80 (hundred-mark system or equivalent) or above B (grading system);
• You graduated from a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Engineering or related disciplines and you justify of at least 2 years of professionnal experience post-Graduation in a similar type of position.

• Advanced level of Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote is a plus.

• English Fluent, French and Mandarin are a plus.

• Firstly, you will be engaging with an online video interview of 15 minutes for us to assess your understanding of the position and motivations;
• Subsequently, you will be meeting with the HR team to dive deeper and assess your fit to this role;
• Finally, you will be able to meet with the local Hiring Team (Local HR and Hiring Manager).
