CONTEXTE DU RECRUTEMENT
Dans le cadre de son développement soutenu et de l'expansion de son portefeuille de clients grands comptes, notre client renforce son équipe Sales et recrute un(e)
Strategic Account Executive
pour accélérer la conquête de nouveaux comptes stratégiques.
POSTE ET MISSIONS
En tant que
Strategic Account Executive
, vous aurez un rôle clé dans le développement commercial auprès de prospects Enterprise.
Vos responsabilités incluent :
Développement commercial & gestion du cycle de vente
- Identifier et cibler de nouveaux comptes stratégiques (new logos).
- Gérer tout le cycle de vente : prospection, démonstration, construction de valeur, négociation, closing.
- Établir des relations durables avec les interlocuteurs clés, notamment C-level.
Pilotage de la stratégie commerciale
- Construire des plans de comptes détaillés et piloter un pipeline robuste.
- Assurer des prévisions fiables et atteindre (voire dépasser) les objectifs trimestriels et annuels.
- Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des pratiques et outils Sales.
Influence & positionnement sur le marché
- Construire le pipeline via networking, campagnes ciblées, évènements professionnels.
- Devenir expert(e) de la solution SaaS : ROI, cas d'usage, différenciation face à la concurrence.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
Expérience & compétences
- Minimum
5 ans d'expérience
en vente B2B complexe auprès de comptes Enterprise, idéalement dans un environnement SaaS. - Expérience ou intérêt pour la
supply chain
ou le
transport international
. - Habitude des cycles de vente complexes (environ 6 à 12 mois) avec des paniers moyens de
70–100k+ ARR
. - À l'aise avec les interlocuteurs C-level et les accords complexes.
Qualités personnelles
- Orientation performance.
- Capacité à travailler en autonomie dans un environnement en évolution rapide.
- Excellente communication et capacité à tenir un discours impactant.
Langues
Maîtrise complète du
français et de l'anglais
.
