We're two repeat founders backed by top operators and investors (Deel, Salesforce, Datadog, Contentsquare, Sequoia & a16z scout funds, Kima, Drysdale) and we're assembling a small team of exceptional people.
Descriptif du poste
You will join a commercial team of 4 and work directly with the CEO to accelerate Sillage development.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and qualify target accounts using our proprietary tools and ICP criteria
- Research prospects (LinkedIn, news, tools, etc.) to detect relevant signals
- Build high-quality prospect lists and prepare personalized outreach
- Outbound Execution
- Write and send multi-channel outbound messages (email, LinkedIn, calls)
- Conduct first discovery calls and assess the prospect's fit
- Iterate on messaging based on performance and real-time insights
- Sales Operations & Pipeline Support
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Analyze conversion metrics and propose improvements
- Collaborate with founders on optimizing playbooks, ICP, and outbound strategy
- Full-cycle sales
- Once you're comfortable with outbound and discovery calls, you will be in charge of closing SMB deals end-to-end, from discovery to closing.
What You Will Learn
Working closely with the founders, you will learn:
- How modern B2B SaaS sales works (from ICP definition to closing)
- How to write effective, personalized outbound messages
- How to run qualification and discovery calls
- How to use cutting-edge sales tools and AI assistants
- How an early-stage startup builds and iterates on its GTM strategy
You'll leave this role with a strong set of skills and capable of joining any top sales team.
Profil recherché
You Might Be a Fit If You
- Are energetic, curious, and comfortable talking to people
- Communicate clearly in French (fluent) and English (intermediate). The job will be done on the French market, but you will have American colleagues.
- Are proactive and organized
- Want to learn how to sell and how startups grow
- Are excited about AI, SaaS, and the startup ecosystem
Prior sales experience is
not required
- motivation and desire to learn matter more.

- First meeting (15mn) to assess your motivation, goals, and the fit with Sillage
- Practical exercise (30mn) - prospecting simulation
- Closing call (15) to discuss package etc.
