Aquent recherche un.e Project Manager Content Operations freelance ayant déjà travailler pour la production de contenus E-commerce pour une mission de 6 mois, basée à Paris.
Au sein d'une
maison de mode internationale
reconnue pour son exigence créative et son savoir-faire, vous intégrerez le département
Image & Creative Content
afin d'accompagner la transformation de la production de contenus E-commerce.

L'objectif : repenser les process internes liés à la création et à la diffusion des visuels produits (packshots et shootings portés), pour renforcer la
cohérence de l'image
, la
qualité des livrables
et l'
efficacité opérationnelle
.

Cette mission s'inscrit dans un projet global de
refonte de l'identité visuelle digitale
, mobilisant des équipes
Création, E-commerce, IT et Production
.

Principales responsabilités
Pilotage du déploiement des nouvelles guidelines visuelles

  • Construire une feuille de route opérationnelle : planification, priorisation, répartition des responsabilités.
  • Superviser la mise en œuvre des nouvelles guidelines packshots sur l'ensemble des catégories produits.
  • Coordonner les échanges entre les pôles E-commerce et IT pour assurer une transition fluide et maîtrisée.
  • Piloter, si nécessaire, l'organisation des re-shoots selon les nouvelles normes d'image.

Optimisation des process internes de production

  • Cartographier les flux existants : planification, coordination, validation et livraison des shootings.
  • Identifier les points d'amélioration dans la gestion des échantillons et la communication inter-équipes.
  • Proposer et mettre en œuvre des ajustements de workflow visant à fluidifier la production et à renforcer la collaboration entre les départements.
  • Contribuer au suivi budgétaire du département : rationalisation des coûts, suivi des prestataires, priorisation des besoins.

Other Requirements
Profil recherché

  • 5 à 6 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire, idéalement au sein d'un environnement mode, luxe ou créatif.
  • Excellente capacité d'analyse, de structuration et de gestion de projet.
  • Solide compréhension des enjeux liés à l'E-commerce, à la production visuelle et à la gestion de contenu digital.
  • Rigueur, sens de l'organisation et autonomie.
  • Aisance relationnelle et capacité à travailler en transversalité dans des environnements exigeants et multiculturels.
