Dans ce contexte, vous intégrerez le département Global Network Product (GNP) au sein de Group CIO.

Rattaché(e) au Network Global Products Strategic Delivery Lead, qui au sein de Global Network Product est en charge de la relation aux entités, du budget, et de l'optimisation du catalogue des produits Network, vous aurez pour missions principales de :

  • Préparer les comités avec les régions AXA Group Operations voir les entités d'assurance AXA pour les produits Network
  • Revues des roadmaps produits / priorisation des développements
  • Préparation des plans stratégiques ,
  • Suivi des volumes consommés par les entités
  • Impacts budgétaires
  • Suivi des projets
  • Communication des avancements ou alertes
  • …

  • Aider à structurer le catalogue de produits en tenant compte des éléments marketing, financiers & techniques structurants & des outils de l'entreprise.

  • Participer aux comités de l'équipe portfolio product catalogue pour cascader dans GNP les decisions stratégiques en relation avec le catalogue de produit ou les actions courts termes à delivrer par les lignes de produits.

  • Vous supporterez l'équipe dans diverses études financières sur notre recharging modèle ou notre budget.

  • Un handbook des activités des chefs de produits
  • Un recueil des best practises à l'usage des project maneger & product manager dans l'etablissement des nouveaux produits
  • Les relations à nos AXA Group Operations locales & aux entités d'assurance AXA locales

… Vous aimez :

  • Un travail très varié, non technique, dans un environnement technique,
  • Un travail avec des interlocuteurs internationaux (80% de votre travail sera en anglais)
  • Un travail fait de beaucoup de relationnel, dans une entreprise large, qui demande donc à la fois une bonne communication et de la diplomatie.

Formation :
Vous préparez un M1 ou un M2 au sein d'une école d'ingénieur, d'une école de commerce, ou une université

Compétences techniques :

  • Connaissances et/ou première expérience en gestion de projet
  • Data crunching si besoin en Excel
  • Presentation synthetique en PowerPoint
  • Anglais B2 minimum
