Rôle & finalitéVous êtes responsable de l'équipe en charge de piloter l'intégration Finance des entités acquises, en alignant les processus, outils et organisations au modèle du Groupe, tout en préservant la continuité business, la culture d'entreprise et en sécurisant les synergies post-deal attendus. Vous animez 2 équipes au profil complémentaire : des auditeurs et des chefs de projet .2. Responsabilités clés pour le périmètre FinanceA. Définir la stratégie d'intégration & le modèle Finance cibleÉlaborer la stratégie d'intégration post-deal (ambition, rythme, périmètre) en collaboration avec les équipes PMI Groupe (adéquation avec la stratégie Operations essentiellement), M&A et la direction financière.Mener le Fit/Gap Finance via une phase d'audit significative sur les processus R2R, P2P, O2C, Treasury, Tax pour identifier les grands chantiers spécifiques d'intégration à menerDéfinir la cible (process, outils, organisation) et prioriser les quick wins.B. Piloter l'Integration Management Office (IMO) – depuis la clôture du deal jusqu'à la prise en mains par les opérationnelsGarantir une gouvernance pertinenteCoordonner les actions avec les autres workstreams Opérations, Juridique, Tech, RH…Gérer les interdépendances, risques, arbitrages ; assurer la communication au codir finance.Superviser l'établissement des documents de référence (process et organisation) utilisés pour le paramétrage de Sage X3Suivre les KPIs : synergies réalisées, Day-1 readiness, qualité des closings, cutovers systèmes, satisfaction des stakeholders…C. Exécuter l'intégration Finance (Post-Deal Execution)Stabiliser les processus critiques en lien avec les guidelines du Groupe. Notamment :R2R : harmonisation du closing, nomenclature écritures manuelles, réconciliation intercos.P2P : sécurisation des paiements, workflows et contrôles internes.Treasury : gestion de trésorerie, centralisation bancaire.Tax : conformité, obligations déclaratives, intégration dans le modèle Groupe.Systèmes Finance & DataDiagnostic des outils finance et des interfaces avec les outils opérationnelsDéfinition de la roadmap d'intégration dans Sage X3 et les autres outils core finance Believe, data migration.Supervision des dry-runs, go-live, post-go-live support.Déploiement de Sage X3Paramétrer l'ERP en ligne avec les normes Groupe et les besoins opérationnels des entités-cible.S'assurer de la correcte prise en compte des évolutions du core model groupe tout en garantissant une remontée d'éventuelles bonnes pratiques locales aux experts Métiers de la direction financière du Groupe (consolidation, fiscalité, trésorerie, comptabilité, controlling, transformation)Fournir une assistance post Go-Live auprès des filiales intégrées (scope et timing à ajuster selon la complexité du projet)Reporting & consolidationConvergence rapide vers les normes Groupe.Production d'un reporting mensuel fiable & homogène dès les premiers mois dans le respect du calendrier de reporting du Groupe.Intégration dans le cycle annuel de gestion du Groupe (prebudget, budget, forecast)D.
