What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing excellent support to French-speaking customers: Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring all requests are handled promptly, professionally, and effectively.
- Resolving customer issues: Address and resolve customer challenges with clear, friendly, and effective solutions.
- Collaborating with internal teams: Work closely with different departments to ensure seamless service delivery and assist in solving more complex customer concerns.
