About Bayes Impact
Bayes Impact is a non-profit organization that develops digital solutions for the common good, particularly in the fields of public health and social innovation.
Our mission is to leverage technology to strengthen public services and improve access to essential care and opportunities.
We are launching Impulse Healthcare, a new incubator for public health initiatives that supports institutions, associations, and social entrepreneurs in developing high-impact projects using our technological platform, Impulse.
This is a new strategic program for Bayes Impact. The selected candidate will play a central role in defining its structure, methodology, and long-term model.
Mission
The Program Director will be responsible for designing, launching, and managing the Impulse Healthcare program from the ground up.
They will lead both the strategic design (frameworks, governance, performance tracking) and the operational implementation (coordination, delivery, partnerships).
The role's objective is to establish a coherent, effective, and measurable program that enables health-related projects to thrive and demonstrate real social impact.
Key Responsibilities
• Program design and structure
Define the vision, strategic objectives, and operational framework of the program.
Design the incubation pathway, selection process, and support methodology for participating projects.
Develop the program's governance model, performance indicators, dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor progress and outcomes.
• Operational management
Coordinate and oversee all phases of the program: project selection, incubation, training, evaluation, and dissemination.
Manage schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure operational excellence and timely delivery.
Identify risks, propose corrective actions, and maintain transparent reporting to leadership and partners.
• Partnerships and representation
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders: hospitals, associations, public agencies, and funders.
Promote the program's visibility and outcomes across the ecosystem.
Contribute to the integration of Impulse Healthcare into Bayes Impact's broader strategy and long-term goals.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who can combine strategic vision and operational discipline, someone comfortable both defining frameworks and ensuring that plans translate into measurable results.
The ideal candidate will be capable of building a structured, data-driven program and working collaboratively with diverse partners in the health and public innovation sectors.
Expected qualities
• Proven ability to design and manage complex programs or incubation initiatives, ideally in public health, social innovation, or impact entrepreneurship.
• Strong skills in program structuring, governance, KPIs, and impact measurement.
• Experience in multi-stakeholder coordination and budget management.
• Understanding of the public health ecosystem and its institutional players is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Collaborative leadership style, rigor, adaptability, and a commitment to social impact.
• Fluency in French and English.
Practical Information
• Contract: Permanent, full-time
• Status: Executive position (annual days-based contract – 214 days per year)
• Salary range:
€70,000 ~
€80,000 gross/year
• Location: Paris, with flexible remote work and travel in France and Europe
