Notre partenaire est une entreprise en forte croissance, spécialisée dans l'affichage extérieur. Dans un marché encore peu digitalisé, elle se distingue par une approche innovante et un réseau de 4 500 écrans à travers le territoire. Composée d'une équipe de 11 personnes, elle connaît une belle dynamique et poursuit son expansion en France et à l'international.
Votre mission
L'objectif est clair : structurer et développer toute la stratégie d'acquisition. Vous serez le moteur de la croissance, en mettant en place les bons leviers pour générer du trafic, convertir et piloter la performance.
Vous prendrez en main :
- Les campagnes Ads (principal levier d'acquisition)
- Le mailing B2B
- Le SEO et la conversion du site
- Le parcours client et la mesure via GA4
- L'exploitation du CRM et la génération de leads
Un rédacteur SEO est déjà en place, mais la partie analyse, data et conversion reste à construire.
Missions principales
- Définir et piloter la stratégie d'acquisition multicanale
- Exploiter le fichier existant de 4 000 directeurs marketing via le CRM
- Structurer le suivi data et analytique (GA4)
- Faire vivre la page LinkedIn (1 à 2 posts par mois)
- Créer du contenu simple sur Canva (présentations, visuels)
- Lancer des campagnes publicitaires pour :Attirer des commerçants utilisateurs Séduire des annonceurs pour les écrans vitrine/intérieur
- Conduire des campagnes internationales (Europe frontalière + Maroc) pour développer la génération de leads
Profil recherché
- 5 à 10 ans d'expérience en growth, marketing digital ou acquisition
- Formation école de commerce ou d'ingénieur
- Solide culture performance / conversion / data
- Esprit analytique, structuré et orienté résultats
- Capable de passer de la stratégie à l'exécution opérationnelle
- Aisance en communication et sens du branding digital
