La division Assistanat ADV de notre bureau de Lyon recherche pour son client dans le domaine industriel un Customer Service Polyvalent (H/F) sur Lyon.
VOS MISSIONS
Vous serez en charge des missions suivantes : - Gérer les demandes des clients et les conseiller sur les références - Réaliser des ventes et assurer le suivi des commandes. - Effectuer la saisie des factures et des tâches administratives. - Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour assurer la satisfaction client.,
PROFIL
Pour réussir vos missions de Customer Service Polyvalent H/F, vous êtes issu de formation commerce / assistante de gestion ou équivalent et pouvez justifier d'une expérience de 2 années minimum sur un poste similaire.
Vous avez une bonne fibre commerciale et êtes à l'aise avec les tâches administratives.
Vous êtes rigoureux et avez un bon relationnel.
La pratique de l'anglais serait un plus.
