Le Product Manager Officer a pour missions de :

· Fournir un soutien administratif au(x) responsable(s) du programme et à l'équipe.

· Organiser, préparer et animer la gouvernance projet/fournisseur en collaboration avec le(s) Product Manager(s) en veillant à ce que les décisions et les actions soient documentées et suivies.

· Suivre l'avancement des activités, en s'assurant que les délais, budget sont respectés.

· Aider à l'identification, à l'évaluation et à la gestion des risques et des problèmes.

· Aider à la coordination des activités du programme, notamment en animant les points de suivi interne.

· Superviser les actions de conduite de changement vers les utilisateurs des applications du produit.

· Contribuer à une communication claire et régulière entre les membres de l'équipe, les parties prenantes et les parties externes concernées.

· Animer les ateliers fonctionnels ainsi que les Comités de Suivi utilisateurs.

· Assurer la gestion et la mise à jour de la documentation, y compris les plans, les rapports et les procédures.

· Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des pratiques de gestion de projet à la banque en partageant les leçons apprises et en proposant des améliorations.
