Kanbios accompagne de nombreux acteurs du secteur Banque & Assurance grâce à sa maîtrise des chaînes de valeur et son expertise digitale.

Pour soutenir notre croissance, nous recherchons des Consultant.e.s Seniors en transformation digitale et gestion de produits dans les secteurs bancaire, assurance et gestion d'actifs (Wealth & Asset Management).

Principales activités

Lors de l'accompagnement client :

  • Accompagner les acteurs bancaires, assurantiels et de la gestion d'actifs dans leur transformation digitale.

  • Piloter des projets en garantissant délais, ressources et qualité des livrables.

  • Définir des stratégies digitales et établir des roadmaps alignées avec les enjeux métiers.

  • Concevoir et déployer des solutions digitales adaptées aux besoins utilisateurs.

  • Gérer le cycle de vie des produits digitaux, de la conception à la mise en production.

  • Collaborer avec les équipes techniques et métiers pour assurer l'adoption des solutions.

  • Assurer la gestion de la relation client, en optimisant les recommandations stratégiques.

  • Promouvoir la culture produit avec une approche agile et design thinking.

  • Contribuer aux stratégies de go-to-market et à la montée en compétences des équipes.

En interne, tu participes au développement de Kanbios :

  • Développer la culture produit en interne, en collaboration avec nos Product Managers, Product Designers et Consultants digitaux.

  • Mener des actions de coaching et contribuer à la montée en compétences des collaborateurs juniors.

  • Participer à la construction de propositions commerciales et à la rédaction de présentations stratégiques.

  • Contribuer à la création de contenu marketing pour valoriser notre expertise.

  • Participer aux initiatives de développement RH et de recrutement pour renforcer l'équipe.
