Under the direction of the Director Marketing Offre & Digital, you will be responsible for a team of three people, in charge of designing and optimizing the financial management offer in collaboration with VEGA IS and the group management companies, while developing the skills of the team.

On a daily basis, your tasks are:

- Collect the needs of large account sales, ETI, Tenders, networks and partnerships, as well as contributing to the design and evolution of the financial management offers of NIE and its partners;
- Coordinating the work of the offer with VEGA IS and the affiliates of NIM: follow up files of creation, mutation or merger of funds, in liaison with the legal and product engineering teams of VEGA IS;
- Coordinate the provision of reports produced by CACEIS, monitor the monthly production of fund sheets and their publication on the sites, while collaborating with CACEIS on the evolution of reports;
- Provide the marketing tools necessary to understand the financial management offer by designing educational materials (videos, articles for newsletters, etc.), coordinating digital projects with the marketing teams for savers and companies, as well as with IT and providing technical and commercial support through the production of comparative analyses of funds;
- Facilitating the financial management offer: producing webinars, training sessions, organising monthly financial meetings with the Natixis group management companies and sales representatives and contributing to the organisation/animation of the annual supervisory boards of the multi-fundscompanies;
- Carry out competitive intelligence, and integrate regulatory developments or innovations in terms of financial management of employee savings and retirement schemes, covering different themes (including SRI, solidarity funds...).

As the Financial Management Offering Director, you participate in the monitoring of labels and place awards for financial management, in collaboration with external partners such as CIES, FAIR, Mieux Vivre Mon Argent and the Innovation Cupoles.

You are proficient:

You are fluent in English with a B2 level.
