Your role

Nous recherchons un(e) Assistant(e) Commercial(e) pour assurer le suivi des demandes clients, de la commande à la facturation, et garantir une relation client de qualité.

Vos missions

  • Accueillir et renseigner les clients.
  • Traiter et suivre les commandes jusqu'à la livraison.
  • Établir les factures et gérer les dossiers administratifs.
  • Assurer la coordination avec les services internes et les usines.
  • Soutenir l'équipe commerciale dans le suivi des clients.
  • Contribuer à la gestion logistique (stocks, transport).

  • Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques et ERP (SAP idéalement).
  • Vous avez de solides compétences en gestion de la relation client.
  • Vous faites preuve de rigueur, de proactivité et d'un fort sens du service.
  • Vous possédez un niveau d'anglais correct, vous permettant de comprendre et d'échanger dans un contexte professionnel occasionnel.
  • Une appétence pour les environnements techniques est un atout.

Job location

Poste à pourvoir au sein de notre siège social basé à Taverny.

Un accord de télétravail est mis en place, jusqu'à 2 jours par semaine, sous réserve de la validation de la période d'essai et de l'accord du manager.
