Responsibilities


• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for France-based logistics categories, including but not limited to DSP partners, linehaul transportation, warehouse equipment, packaging materials, and outsourced labor services.


• Develop, evaluate, and manage a strong network of high-quality local suppliers, building and maintaining long-term strategic partnerships.


• Lead procurement negotiations, contract signing, and performance follow-up to ensure cost optimization and delivery efficiency.


• Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and risk control throughout the procurement process.


• Prepare regular procurement data analysis reports to support business decision-making and budget planning.


• Participate in the design of localized procurement strategies and support the implementation of cost-reduction and efficiency-improvement initiatives.

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields are preferred.


• At least 1 year of experience in procurement or logistics; experience in e-commerce or cross-border logistics is a strong advantage.


• Language skills: French at C1 level or above (capable of business communication) and fluent Mandarin (written and spoken).


• Strong understanding of the French market landscape, regulations, and business practices.


• Excellent negotiation skills, analytical capabilities, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.


• Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
