About the Role

We are expanding fast in France and looking for a Finance & Administration Intern who's curious, hands-on, and eager to learn in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment. As part of a 20-person team in France, you'll work closely with the Financial Controller to support the Managing Director in steering and monitoring the company's performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Keep our cash flowing:
  Prepare and send invoices through our ERP (Oracle NetSuite), monitor incoming payments and manage direct debits in GoCardless, reconcile bank statements and support monthly financial closings...
• Be the go-to person for purchases:
  Review supplier invoices and coordinate with our external accounting firm, ensure costs are properly allocated — production, logistics, or operations...
• Turn numbers into insights:
  Support margin and cost analyses to guide business decisions, collaborate with sales, logistics, and operations to collect and structure key data, assist in quarterly inventory checks and ensure our bottle stock never runs dry...
• Grow with us:
  Help prepare funding applications for new production sites, participate in annual audits and ad-hoc financial reports, develop dashboards and reports in NetSuite to improve visibility and control...

You'll quickly gain a 360° view of how finance supports every part of a growing, impact-driven company — and see your work have a real, visible impact.

You'll become a super-user of NetSuite and gain hands-on experience in:

• ERP and accounting workflows
• Financial reporting and KPIs
• Start-up finance management
• ESG impact reporting and funding processes

Your Profile:

• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• Fluent in French and English (written & spoken)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Curious, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment
• A true team player with an entrepreneurial mindset
