As a key member of the PMI Team, the Head of Catalogue Integration will play a central role in expanding and optimizing Believe's music catalogue portfolio in close collaboration with the M&A team and international stakeholders. This role bridges strategy and execution, ensuring that catalogue acquisitions deliver their full operational and financial potential.The Head of Catalogue Integration will be reporting into the Customer Finance Director within the Operations department.She/He will co-lead the PMI Operations Team together with the Head of Label Integration, backing up each other as necessary. She/He will manage an operational team of 5 to 7 people (project managers, experts in artist contracts, royalty specialists and supply chain specialists).We are looking for someone who brings expertise and energy: a structured thinker, a natural collaborator, and a positive leader who can inspire teams, drive clarity, and solve complex problems with enthusiasm.She/He will address the following activities:DIAGNOSE / STRUCTURE / BUILDUnderstand the priorities with the Global PMI Office and lead due diligence with the M&A, legal teams as well as regional managers to ensure the strategic and financial viability of each acquisitionWork closely with Operations Teams to identify and mitigate operational risks, and develop strategic insights to support deal structures and integration of newly acquired cataloguesDefine roadmaps with clear milestones across Finance, Product, Legal, Operations and customer service.Build and continuously refine the catalogue integration framework: playbooks, business case, process mapping, standard operating models, gap analysis matrix.Develop a scalable methodology to support Believe's growing acquisition pipeline.COMMUNICATE EFFICIENTLYAct as the main liaison between Local and Central teams, and ensure consistent communication to foster transparency and adoptionEnsure Go-to-market and Change management (communication, training, …) in coordination with operations and go-to-market teams.Report regularly to executive leadershipDELIVER AGAINST TIGHT DEADLINESOrganize, lead and recruit the PMI Project team members for Catalogue acquisitionMonitor the operational execution and oversee critical milestones: catalogue onboarding, rights validation, contracts setting, royalty configuration and reporting readiness …Resolve deadlock situations and escalate as necessaryContinuously improve the methodology through post-mortem documents, KPIs and best practice sharing.QualificationsProven experience (8+ years) managing post-merger projects or business development across multiple countries or business units.Strong financial modeling, analytical, organizational, and change management skills.Exceptional ability to navigate ambiguity, be solution-driven in difficult situations with cross-functional teams.Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capability, with a collaborative mindset and influencing skills with C-level stakeholders.Fluent in English and French, another European language is a plus.Good understanding of music rights and digital distribution is a plusWhat We OfferOpportunity to play a critical role in building the company's growth trajectory while being part of a forward-thinking team shaping the future of independent music ownership worldwideCollaborative and international work environmentAdditional InformationSET THE TONE WITH US:Working at Believe means having individual and collective impact in a fast-growing company At all stages of their careers, Believers are an important part of what we are doing: shaping the future of the music industry.
