En tant que Project Manager – Agronomy & Innovation, vous êtes au cœur de la transformation numérique des acteurs de l'innovation en agronomie.
Votre objectif : déployer Bloomeo, accompagner nos clients et contribuer à l'innovation dans les projets nationaux et internationaux.

1. Déploiement & Customer Success

  • Piloter de A à Z l'implémentation de Bloomeo : cadrage, planification, coordination, adoption.

  • Onboarder les nouveaux clients (biosolutions, instituts, coopératives, entreprises agro, etc.).

  • Former les équipes, accompagner le changement et assurer un suivi proactif de leur réussite.

2. Excellence opérationnelle & amélioration continue

  • Mettre en place les meilleures pratiques de gestion de projet.

  • Optimiser les processus internes et clients à mesure que l'entreprise grandit.

  • Contribuer à l'intégration de nouvelles sociétés (croissance externe).

3. Innovation & Partenariats

  • Assurer une veille active sur les innovations agronomiques, les biosolutions, les outils digitaux, la réglementation et les tendances R&D.

  • Développer des partenariats avec startups, instituts techniques, organismes de recherche, clusters…

  • Identifier de nouvelles opportunités pour enrichir Bloomeo et nos services.

4. Interface Produit & Retour terrain

  • Consolider les retours utilisateurs pour améliorer Bloomeo.

  • Travailler étroitement avec les équipes Produit, Tech et Agronomie pour co-construire les nouvelles fonctionnalités.

5. Projets collaboratifs nationaux & européens

  • Animer en tant que project manager des projets de R&I liés aux biosolutions, aux pratiques agricoles innovantes, aux essais terrain ou à la performance des itinéraires techniques.

  • En lien avec l'équipe Data Science de Doriane, structurer et analyser des datasets multi-sites et multi-acteurs.

  • Représenter Doriane dans les consortiums, réunions et ateliers.

Les missions peuvent évoluer selon vos forces et l'évolution rapide de Doriane.
