As an Agronomist / breeding project Manager, you will be at the intersection of plant breeding, data, and digital transformation. Your mission is to ensure the successful deployment and continuous improvement of Bloomeo breeding, our new software dedicated to managing breeding programs— helping seed companies and plant breeders streamline their processes, manage germplasm, and make smarter breeding decisions. Responsibilities Lead SaaS software implementation projects from start to finish: coordinate planning, delivery and adoption with clients ranging from SMEs to large organizations. Collaborate with Doriane’s agronomy, sales, R&D, and data teams to ensure our software reaches our clients’ expected outcomes. Translate field and client feedback into product improvements and new features, working closely with Doriane internal Product and Tech teams. Train and support users, lead change management, organize workshops, understand clients’ breeding processes, and guide toward best practices in digital and data management. Contribute to national and international R&I collaboations projects, leveraging Bloomeo to structure and analyze complex multi-site datasets and advance breeding research. Qualifications From 3–7 years in plant breeding research or in a seed company. Solid background in plant breeding processes, field trial design and data analysis. Interest in digital tools, SaaS platforms, and data-driven agriculture. Fluent in English (another European language is a plus, especially Spanish or German). Autonomous, structured, and proactive, with strong communication skills. Passionate about innovation and sustainable agriculture. #J-18808-Ljbffr
