We are now looking for a Growth Strategy & Operations Manager to help us structure, scale, and optimize our creative and growth operations.
This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and experience in consulting or project management, who wants to work at the intersection of data, process, and creativity.
You will play a central role in structuring our creative and user acquisition workflows, ensuring that ideas, experiments, and insights flow efficiently across teams.
Working closely with our Lead Creative and UA teams, you will drive continuous improvement in how we test, analyze, and scale creative performance — transforming data into strategy and execution into excellence.
- Collaborate with Creative & UA teams: Coordinate efforts, streamline communication, and ensure alignment between creative testing and acquisition performance.
- Analyze performance: Identify key success signals, extract learnings from data, and translate insights into clear action plans to scale our apps.
- Lead transversal projects: Structure and manage initiatives that enhance collaboration, process efficiency, and performance tracking across departments.
- Challenge existing processes: Bring a consultant's mindset to question assumptions, refine workflows, and push the team toward operational excellence.
- Develop frameworks & KPIs: Build and maintain dashboards, reporting standards, and methodologies to measure impact and guide decision-making.
- Deepen creative expertise: Work hand in hand with the Creative Lead to identify trends, benchmark best practices, and professionalize the creative approach.
- Drive organization-wide learning: Share insights, formalize processes, and promote a culture of data-driven experimentation.
- Stay ahead: Continuously explore new tools, growth levers, and innovations to keep MWM at the forefront of creative performance.
- You have 3–5 years of experience in strategy consulting, operations, or data-driven project management.
- You're highly analytical, fluent with data, and comfortable deriving insights from complex performance metrics.
- You're structured and organized, with a strong ability to design and improve processes.
- You have a strategic mindset, capable of challenging ideas and proposing clear frameworks.
- You're an excellent communicator, able to align creative and technical profiles around common goals.
- You're a fast learner and high performer, thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Experience in mobile marketing or creative optimization is a strong plus.
- Any personal or professional exposure to machine learning is highly valued.
