Accounts Payable (AP)

Directement rattaché(e) à un VP Product, vous agirez comme un véritable "Mini-CEO" de votre périmètre.

Vos Missions :

  • Stratégie & Roadmap :
    Définir et piloter la vision produit de la nouvelle ligne AP (facturation fournisseur, procurement).
  • Management de Seniors :
    Encadrer et challenger une équipe de Product Managers seniors et autonomes. Votre rôle est de les faire grandir par votre expertise métier, pas par le micro-management.
  • Vision Business & Market :
    Analyser la concurrence, anticiper les évolutions réglementaires européennes et garantir que chaque fonctionnalité apporte une valeur économique réelle.
  • Culture de l'impact :
    Travailler main dans la main avec le CEO et la VP Product dans une organisation pragmatique où les décisions se prennent vite, loin du jargon théorique.

Le Profil Recherché :

  • Expertise Métier Impérative :
    Vous possédez une expérience significative (5 ans+) dans l'univers de la
    dématérialisation de factures
    , de la
    gestion de dépenses (Spend Management)
    ou du
    Procurement
    .
  • Leadership :
    Vous avez déjà managé des PM et savez comment instaurer une relation de confiance avec des profils seniors et techniques.
  • Mindset Entrepreneurial :
    Vous êtes pragmatique, orienté(e) résultats et capable de "descendre dans la mine" avec vos équipes pour débloquer des situations complexes.
  • Stabilité :
    Vous recherchez un projet sur le long terme et pouvez justifier de parcours stables et réussis.
  • Langues :
    Anglais courant indispensable pour ce rôle à dimension européenne.
