Driver Profile (Some of these requirements are due to Project/Client/Vehicle/Insurance purposes)

● Driving experience of 5 years or more.

● Driving professional for at least 2 years & in automatic cars (ex.: taxi, delivery driving etc.).

● At least 1 year of driving experience in the country of operations.

● Preferably experienced with vehicles of increased heights (ex.: trucks).

● Defensive and calm driving style.

● Drivers must be familiar with GPS devices and understand that telematics are used to monitor driving style and provide safety feedback.

● Knowledge of area roads and neighbourhoods.

● Polite and professional disposition

● Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g. at rush hour)

● Have at least 1 reference from previous employers.

○ Must have served at least 6 months in the company from where the reference is sought.

● Medical clearance preferable (where applicable), such as proof of health to drive.

● Must be literate in the language of the country in which they wil be working.

○ Partners are required to test this with a literacy test, documented and stored for later auditing.

● Technicaly able:

○ Basic mechanical knowledge (changing tyres, reading gauges).

○ Operating smartphone, tablet, email.
