Senior QA Automation Engineer – Playwright
Contexte de la mission

Dans le cadre du renforcement d'une
équipe QA Core
au sein d'un environnement produit à fort volume, la mission vise à
industrialiser l'automatisation des tests end-to-end
et à fiabiliser leur exécution à l'échelle de plusieurs équipes produit.

L'enjeu n'est pas uniquement de produire des tests, mais de
structurer un socle QA robuste, maintenable et partagé
, intégré nativement aux pipelines CI/CD.

Objectifs de la mission

  • Automatiser un backlog significatif de tests E2E
  • Renforcer et faire évoluer le framework d'automatisation Playwright
  • Améliorer la stabilité, la performance et la fiabilité des tests
  • Diffuser les bonnes pratiques QA auprès des équipes internes

Missions principales

  • Développer et maintenir des tests E2E automatisés (UI & API) avec Playwright
  • Intégrer et exécuter les tests dans des pipelines GitLab CI/CD
  • Faire évoluer le framework QA et les librairies partagées (fixtures, utils, commands, contextes de secrets)
  • Optimiser les temps d'exécution et la fiabilité (parallélisation, retry, gestion des waits)
  • Contribuer à la définition et à la documentation des standards QA
  • Accompagner les équipes QA / Product Engineering dans l'automatisation des tests

  • Gestion des secrets (Vault, variables CI/CD)

Profil recherché

  • QA Automation Senior avec forte autonomie
  • Solide culture qualité et sens du détail
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement Agile orienté produit
  • À l'aise avec la documentation et le partage de bonnes pratiques
  • Bon communicant avec des équipes QA et Dev

Livrables attendus

  • ~80 % du backlog de tests automatisé
  • Framework Playwright fiable, maintenable et scalable
  • Pipelines CI/CD opérationnels et documentés
  • Documentation QA à jour
  • Transfert de compétences vers les équipes internes
