Partnerships Director

- Own and deliver a seven-figure revenue target, generating a significant portion of new pipeline through outbound and network-driven efforts
- Identify, engage, and close new enterprise, multinational, public sector, and foundation partners while expanding and renewing existing accounts
- Build and manage relationships with C-level and senior executives, positioning partnership solutions at a strategic level
- Lead the creation and negotiation of complex, multi-stakeholder proposals, budgets, and commercial agreements
- Collaborate closely with product and program teams to co-design customized solutions aligned with partner goals
- Maintain full ownership of the assigned market, maximizing opportunities for new business and account growth
- Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility while driving deals through to close
