The Team

A&M's Global Transaction Advisory Group ("TAG") is the largest transaction advisory practice outside the Big 4 audit firms. Our award-winning practice includes over 800 professionals in 35 offices across the U.S., Middle East, Europe, Latin America, India and Asia Pacific. We have established A&M as the leading provider of Financial Due Diligence globally outside the big four & the no.1 firm to develop a pan European career in Transaction Advisory today.

Both our French and Swiss teams are lead by highly experienced and established Managing Directors and Senior Directors based in Paris, Zurich and Geneva. The teams have earned an exceptional reputation for their work & they are highly active in France and Switzerland, working for premium clients on high profile deals: large and mid-cap private equity, fast growth premium small cap deals, multinational corporates, and LBO's. Their work comprises French and Swiss situations and cross border activity in addition to international situations around the world.

A&M TAG have a unique delivery model that enables junior members of the team to gain extensive exposure to Managing Directors and Senior Directors thus empowering individuals to fast track their careers and development. We are expanding, and we are looking for experienced and ambitious Interns to join our Transactions Advisory team based in Paris for six months.

This role will be specifically focused on serving the Swiss and French markets.

How you will contribute

• Assist on financial due diligence buy-side and sell-side assignments.
• Support with preparing proposals for Financial Due Diligence and Financial Vendor Assistance projects
• Other M&A related (research) tasks e.g. assisting on managing intelligence on forthcoming deals, and working on targeting of private equity

Qualificatons

• Fluent business level in German, French and English is essential
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong interest in Accounting, Finance and M&A deal cycle
• Strong interest in a career within Transactions Advisory
• Knowledge of Alteryx is a plus
