The main purpose of this role is to help teams and clients make better decisions by turning data into clear and useful insights. You'll create easy-to-understand reports and dashboards, support teams in using BI tools, and ensure data is accurate and accessible to meet both internal and client needs
Data Analysis and Insights:
• Analyze business needs and translate them into actionable data solutions.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities from data to support decision-making.
• Provide meaningful insights through detailed analysis and visualizations.
Dashboard and Report Development:
• Design and create interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and Cognos.
• Ensure the reports are user-friendly, visually engaging, and aligned with business goals.
• Customize reporting solutions to meet the specific needs of internal teams and clients.
Data Management and Quality:
• Extract, transform, and load data using BI tools.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reports and systems.
• Collaborate with IT and data teams to maintain and improve data pipelines and infrastructure.
Project Management:
• Participate in or lead BI-related projects, such as rolling out new tools or standardizing reporting practices across regions.
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions while managing stakeholder expectations.
• Monitor project progress and report on outcomes.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Work closely with internal departments (operations, sales, management) to understand their goals and challenges.
• Engage with clients to gather requirements and deliver customized solutions that add value.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business users.
Compliance and Documentation:
• Maintain documentation for BI processes, tools, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies and security standards.
