Overview
We are looking for a Creative (Mid-Senior Level) with min. 3-4 years of experience in creative agencies, influencer marketing, or event environments. The role will support the Senior Creatives of the team, contributing to the development of creative concepts, campaign ideas, content formats, and experiential activations, in close collaboration with Strategy, Client, Production, and Talent teams.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to creative concepts development for influencer marketing campaigns, branded content projects, and activations.
- Support the creation of editorial formats, storytelling frameworks, and creative guidelines for creators and talent.
- Collaborate with Senior Creatives to shape tone of voice and creative identity for brands across projects.
- Participate in creative proposals and pitch materials, ensuring originality, consistency, and strong visual storytelling.
- Take part in event and experience ideation, including concepts, naming, moodboards, scenography ideas, and key touchpoints.
- Support creative production phases (shoots, social content, event materials, digital & physical assets)
- Translate trends, cultural insights, and audience signals into relevant creative ideas in collaboration with the strategy team.
- Ensure creative consistency and quality across all deliverables.
- Support client presentations with clear storytelling and strong visual execution and art direction.
Requirements
- Min. 3-4 years of experience in creative roles within agencies (influencer marketing, digital, events, or integrated communication).
- Strong ideation, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and the creator ecosystem.
- Experience supporting creative development for events and brand activations.
- Strong skills in building presentations, moodboards, and visual materials (Keynote, PowerPoint, Google Slides or similar).
- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple tasks across projects.
- Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and strong aesthetic sensibility.
- Confidence in internal presentations and support in client-facing situations.
- French speaker preferred, with high-level English.
- Alternatively, exceptional level of French with strong professional English proficiency.
- Availability to travel and work during weekends according to events/projects needs.
Nice to Have
- Experience assisting in content direction or shoot supervision.
- Background in copywriting or art direction.
- Knowledge of graphic tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Passion for trend culture, entertainment, fashion, lifestyle, music, and immersive experiences.
