As a TA & HR Projects Intern, you will join our Lead HR, Anne-Béatrice, and our TA Specialists, Maëlis and Félicie, and take part in the ambitious challenge of helping us scale our team and implement HR processes in a context of hyper-growth and international expansion.

Taking on a strategic role within the HR team, you will have significant responsibilities and a broad range of missions in the following areas:

1- Talent Acquisition
: As a true business partner, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process for the roles entrusted to you:

• Gather and clarify needs with the hiring manager
• Draft compelling job descriptions
• Implement an effective multi-channel sourcing strategy to attract a diverse candidate pipeline (including LinkedIn Recruiter license, networking, partnerships)
• Screen candidates and conduct pre-qualification interviews via video conference (including in English)
• Coordinate and schedule the entire hiring process
• Coach both candidates and interviewers to ensure the best candidate experience
• Formulate job offers
• Track and analyze recruitment KPIs, reporting key insights to your manager

 You won't be confined to recruiting a specific type of profile On the contrary, at Hero, you will recruit international (Spanish, German, Italian, French) profiles, but also profiles across all departments and at different seniority levels.

2- HR Projects
: Under the supervision of your manager, you will lead projects from conception to concrete implementation. The possibilities are endless—employer branding, culture, training—there's still so much to build at Hero

Your voice matters
Projects will evolve based on your HR interests and ambitions.

3 - Onboarding & Employee Experience:
As the
orchestrator
of the onboarding journey and the advocate for employee well-being, you will ensure a seamless and positive experience for every newcomer:

• Plan, coordinate, and actively participate in all key stages of the onboarding process.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee requests (excluding administrative matters).

Your profile?

• Currently pursuing a Master's Degree, you have already completed one internship in human resources (at least). A previous experience in a startup with a high-growth context is a plus :)
• Endowed with

  , you have excellent verbal and written communication, allowing you to adapt to all types of interlocutors.
• Data driven
   : you never lose sight of your goal and give yourself all the means to achieve it

Your hiring process?

Get set To secure an offer, you'll need to navigate through a swift multiple-step process:

• A 45-minute video conference with our Talent Acquisition Specialist, Félicie
• A Business case with the HR Team (Maëlis or Anne-Béatrice)
• A Team Fit Interview with some of our HEROs

Practical details:

• 6-month Internship
• Availability: Starting at the end of December 2025 / beginning of January 2026
• Based in Paris (*
  we are not open to full remote work, you will have to work at Paris Office at least 4 days a week
