YOUR MISSION, SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO ACCEPT IT:

You will play a key role in implementing the new NW\&PB organizational model for Supply Chain and Procurement. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving the transformation:
    • Define and implement the organizational model for Supply Chain and Procurement.
  • Ensure a smooth and seamless transition.
  • Ensuring continuity and performance:
    • Define and coordinate governance during the transition period (TSAs and LTAs).
  • Setting a new organizational model, governance and KPI related to the new processes :
    • Integrate LEAN principles and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Coordinating and engaging:
    • Lead the project team, challenge recommendations, and build consensus.

ABOUT YOU:

  • At least 10 years of experience in project management and organizational transformation, ideally within Supply Chain and Procurement.
  • Master's degree (business school, engineering, or university) with a specialization in management or supply chain.
  • Recognized for your leadership, influencing skills, and ability to propose solutions.
  • Proficient in LEAN principles (NCE) and change management methodologies.
  • Fluent in English. French and/or Italian will be an asset.

VOTRE MISSION, SI VOUS L'ACCEPTEZ :

Vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la mise en œuvre du nouveau modèle organisationnel NW&PB pour la Supply Chain et le Procurement. Vous serez responsable de :

  • Piloter la transformation :
    • Définir et mettre en place le modèle organisationnel pour Supply Chain et Procurement.
  • Assurer une transition fluide et sans rupture.
  • Garantir la continuité et la performance :
    • Définir et coordonner la gouvernance de la période de transition (TSAs et LTAs).
  • Mettre en place le nouveau modèle organisationnel, la gouvernance et les KPI liés aux nouveaux process :
    • Intégrer les principes LEAN et identifier des opportunités d'optimisation.
  • Coordonner et fédérer :
    • Animer l'équipe projet, challenger les recommandations et établir le consensus.

A PROPOS DE VOUS :

  • Une expérience souhaitée de 10 ans minimum en gestion de projet et transformation organisationnelle, idéalement dans la Supply Chain et le Procurement.
  • Diplôme Bac+5 (école de commerce, ingénieur ou université) avec spécialisation en management ou supply chain.
  • Reconnu(e) pour votre leadership, votre capacité à influencer et votre force de proposition.
  • Maîtrise des principes LEAN (NCE) et des méthodes de change management.
  • Anglais courant. Français et/ou Italien sont un atout.
