We are seeking native French-speaking finance professionals based in France to contribute to an advanced AI training initiative in the financial sector. This role combines financial expertise with linguistic precision to help develop AI models capable of understanding real-world financial language and professional standards in French.

Role Responsibilities

Financial Content Development

Translate, adapt, and synthesize complex financial and investment concepts into structured documentation and rubrics for AI model training.

Bilingual Communication

Produce high-quality content in both French and English, using precise financial terminology and nuanced expression across languages.

Domain Expertise

Offer insights grounded in the French financial environment, including legal, regulatory, and market-specific context to ensure realism and accuracy.

Collaboration

Work closely with peers and reviewers to refine outputs, ensure accuracy, and maintain alignment with industry standards in banking, finance, and investment.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Language Skills

  • Native-level fluency in French
  • Strong written and spoken English

Education

  • Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline

Experience

  • 2–6+ years of professional experience in finance, banking, investment, consulting, or similar sectors

Skills

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and writing abilities
  • Experience in financial writing, reporting, instructional design, or academic publication is highly valued

Nice to Have

  • Experience in rubric development, assessment, or educational content creation
  • Familiarity with AI or machine learning concepts (not required)

Role Details

  • Fully remote and asynchronous — work from anywhere and set your own schedule
  • Minimum of 20 hours per week
  • Approximate project duration: 2 months
  • Work within a structured project framework with established tools and goals
