Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Sales Manager located in the Greater Nantes Metropolitan Area. The General Sales Manager will lead and oversee daily sales operations, manage a sales team, establish sales targets, monitor performance, and develop strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals. The manager will ensure excellent customer relationships, provide training and coaching for the sales team, and analyze market trends to identify business growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills
- Expertise in strategic sales planning and revenue generation
- Proficiency in market analysis and trend evaluation
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Experience in utilizing CRM and sales tracking tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in sales leadership roles within the region is a plus
