Mission GlobaleRattaché(e) à la Direction, votre mission est de concevoir, déployer et piloter la stratégie d'écosystème de Furious Squad à l'échelle européenne. Vous êtes le/la chef(fe) d'orchestre de la croissance indirecte, responsable à la fois de l'acquisition de nouveaux partenaires et de l'animation de la base existante pour générer du revenu incrémental.
C'est un rôle stratégique à impact direct sur la trajectoire de croissance de l'entreprise avec un périmètre international stimulant et varié.
Responsabilités Clés1. Stratégie et Développement (Hunting)Cartographie de l'écosystème : Identifier les acteurs clés sur le marché européen (Tech, Intégrateurs, Resellers) alignés avec la proposition de valeur de Furious.
Recrutement : Approcher, négocier et signer des accords de partenariat stratégiques.
Onboarding : Mettre en place un programme de certification et d'onboarding structuré pour rendre les partenaires autonomes et productifs rapidement (formation, accès portail, kits de vente).
Business Reviews (QBR) : Piloter des revues de compte régulières pour suivre les KPIs, ajuster les objectifs et traiter les irritants.
Gestion du Pipeline : Collaborer étroitement avec les partenaires sur l'identification d'opportunités communes et le suivi des deals partagés.
Animation Marketing : Co-construire des plans d'actions marketing (webinaires, événements physiques, études de cas communes, content marketing) pour générer de la demande.
Vous intervenez sur trois piliers distincts mais complémentaires :
- Technologiques
Objectif : Créer des synergies produit, favoriser l'interopérabilité et le co-marketing (solutions complémentaires non-concurrentes).
- Intégrateurs (SI)
Objectif : Assurer la qualité du déploiement de la solution et bénéficier de leur rôle de conseil auprès des clients finaux.
- Resellers (VARs)
Objectif : Développer un réseau de distribution puissant pour scaler les ventes sur différentes zones géographiques en Europe.
