Nous recherchons un CTO visionnaire, passionné par l'IA, les API et les systèmes scalables, capable de concevoir, diriger et exécuter toute la stratégie technologique du projet.

Our mission: to merge artificial intelligence, automation, and human interaction in order to create an ultra-smooth, responsive, and personalized client experience — primarily through WhatsApp.

We're looking for a visionary CTO with deep expertise in AI, APIs, and scalable systems — someone who can design, lead, and execute the entire technology strategy for the project.

1) Tes missions principales:

• Concevoir et développer l'architecture backend (API, CRM, automatisations)
• Intégrer et exploiter la WhatsApp Business API pour créer une interface IA conversationnelle
• Développer un moteur d'automatisation intelligent (suivi, scoring, relance client, sentiment analysis, etc.)
• Concevoir un dashboard interne (interface web) pour le suivi et la gestion des interactions
• Intégrer des modèles IA (LLMs, NLP) pour analyser et prioriser les messages
• Gérer l'équipe tech (dev backend / frontend / IA) et la roadmap produit
• Assurer la scalabilité, la sécurité et la performance de la plateforme
• Collaborer étroitement avec le CEO sur la vision produit et la stratégie globale

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and develop the backend architecture (API, CRM, automations)
• Integrate and leverage the WhatsApp Business API to create a conversational AI interface
• Develop an intelligent automation engine (tracking, scoring, follow-ups, sentiment analysis, etc.)
• Build an internal dashboard (web interface) for monitoring and managing interactions
• Integrate AI models (LLMs, NLP) to analyze, route, and prioritize messages
• Lead the tech team (backend / frontend / AI) and manage the product roadmap
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of the platform
• Work closely with the CEO on product vision and overall strategy

3 ) Profil recherché:

• 5+ ans d'expérience en développement backend / API
• Solide expérience en intégration IA / NLP / chatbots
• Très bonne connaissance des environnements cloud et architectures scalables
• Forte appétence produit : tu comprends le business et penses "automatisation + UX"
• Entrepreneur dans l'âme, capable de construire from scratch
• Intérêt pour les produits haut de gamme, la relation client et les innovations IA
• Anglais professionnel

• Solid knowledge of cloud environments and scalable architectures
