Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Paris Le Marais and Printemps Haussman. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales, nurturing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and proactively supporting the team to achieve sales goals. This role also includes training opportunities to enhance the team's potential and contributing to overall sales strategies by sharing insights on customer preferences and market trends.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and fostering positive interpersonal relationships
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and delivering exceptional client experiences
  • Proven experience and expertise in Sales, including achieving and exceeding targets
  • Experience in Sales Management with the ability to mentor and develop team members
  • Experience in conducting Training to enhance team performance is advantageous
  • A passion for fashion and luxury brand sales is highly desirable
  • Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Business, or a related field is a plus
