En tant que Project Manager E-commerce sénior, vous aurez la responsabilité de :

  • Conseiller et orienter nos clients dans leurs projets stratégiques de commerce en ligne

  • Piloter et mettre en œuvre nos scénarios d'accompagnement et de gouvernance

Sous la responsabilité d'un Business Manager Senior (Dirigeant & Membre du Comité de direction de DECADE), vous accompagnez des directions générales, des directions métiers et des membres de comité exécutif de nos clients.

Vous serez un des moteurs du développement de DECADE afin de prendre par la suite des responsabilités de Business Manager.

Les Missions :

Accompagnement et Conseil

  • Accompagner nos clients dans la conduite de la phase de pré-cadrage : analyse de rentabilisation, s'assurer du bon alignement des parties prenantes ainsi que leur approbation des attentes business avec l'appui d'un Business Manager Senior

  • Cadrer le projet : challenge les demandes, rédaction des spécifications et conception générale en autonomie

  • Co-constuire la Roadmap e-commerce avec le client en alignement avec la stratégie de l'entreprise en conseillant, identifiant et en priorisant les différents sujets

Animation & Management  

  • Gérer et Animer les parties prenantes : animation des équipes métiers du client dans le but de cadrer les projets, produire les conceptions et les spécifications

  • Préparer et animer les instances de pilotage : comités pilotage, comités projets, comités Roadmap…

  • Management des business analystes impliqués sur le projet.

 Pilotage Projet & Reporting

  • S'assurer de la réussite du projet côté métiers (utilisation, ROI, délais, qualité)

  • Suivre et piloter l'avancement du projet en collaboration avec les chefs de projet et managers du delivery

  • Produire et présenter des reportings aux clients et au Business Manager Senior
