Based in Nice, at the heart of the French Riviera, Navily is currently looking for its future Digital Advertising Sales Manager. You will join an international team of twenty motivated professionals

Job Description:

Navily offers large-scale, international digital campaigns and monetizes its unique audience through the sale of advertising space within its app as well as across its various communication channels (email campaigns, blog, social media). Your role will therefore be to develop partnerships, with a priority focus on brands that are connected to the sea and to boaters.

Your main performance indicator is revenue

Reporting directly to one of the company's founders, who is also the Sales Director, your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and prospecting target brands and marketing/communication decision-makers;
  • Establishing contact, building relationships, and promoting our offerings;
  • Proposing and pricing 100% digital communication campaigns aligned with client needs;
  • Negotiating and closing deals;
  • Preparing and managing campaigns using our tools and in collaboration with Navily's marketing team;
  • Campaign reporting to clients;
  • Client retention;
  • Administrative tasks: quotes/invoicing, CRM management, and reporting to your direct manager.

While not systematic or mandatory to achieve objectives, travel may be required for negotiations with key accounts or attendance at boat shows.

Desired profile (M/F) :

We are not just looking for skills, but for an ambitious and resilient sales professional, capable of turning every rejection into an opportunity:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) from a business school;
  • Full professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of French and Italian would be an additional asset;
  • Initial sales experience, ideally in online advertising, would be a strong plus;
  • Knowledge of the boating/yachting industry is appreciated;
  • Competitive mindset, love of challenges, and stamina: for you, running a marathon is a challenge to take on, not an obstacle.

Our Offer & Benefits (Between €40K and €50K based on performance - uncapped)

  • Fixed annual salary: between €27,000 and €30,000 gross.
  • Variable compensation: uncapped individual performance bonus
  • Health: Alan health insurance (50% covered by Navily).
  • Lunch: Meal vouchers (Ticket Restaurant) worth €10/day (60% covered by Navily).
