This role leads the design, development, and global rollout of a new
Care (after‑sales) in‑store experience.
The mission is to transform service interactions into elevated, seamless, omnichannel luxury experiences.

It blends two hats:

  • Business Owner:
    Defines the vision, customer experience, and operational model.
  • Product Owner:
    Translates business needs into system requirements, manages Agile delivery, UAT, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design customer journeys and elevate Care service rituals in stores worldwide.
  • Create new in‑store tools, processes, and digital workflows across the brand's ecosystem.
  • Ensure consistency across physical and digital Care touchpoints.
  • Translate needs into
    Epics, User Stories
    , and functional requirements.
  • Manage global deployment, UAT, and adoption across all regions.
  • Coordinate with Retail Excellence, After‑Sales/Care Operations, Clienteling, Learning, Markets, and Technology teams.
  • Facilitate workshops, drive alignment, and oversee project performance, risk, and governance.
