You are joining our Asset Management Commerce team within AEW, which is looking for a Assistant Asset Manager - Retail for a 6-month internship from January 2026.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

• Management:
• Assist asset managers in all tasks requiring analysis, valuation, customer agreement;
• Intervene in the preparation of Business Plans, on methodology, key rates and common assumptions, reporting frameworks; exchanges with internal clients on the processes and dates of submissions;
• Intervene in the preparation and review of assessments;
• Participate under the supervision of the Asset Manager in the sales process in the constitution of the datarooms, in the development of the analyses of the indicative offer letters, the implementation of the due diligence process, the coordination of internal and external stakeholders, the elaboration of the final memorandum towards the client, etc ;
• Standardize mathematical approaches and automate reporting models by interfacing reports and databases ;Improve data availability and integrity (rental situation, vacancy) ;
• Update Soneka, develop expertise on Soneka to optimize its use and leverage data for analysis purposes;
• Assist assets managers on specific operational tasks directly on the assets under management;
• Control ADB and financial flows (fees, charges, Work plan, reporting) ;
• Lead the annual budget campaign and monitor the budget for each asset in their portfolio. Analyze and validate, in collaboration with the Asset Managers, the building charge budgets;
  Alert in case of budget drift;

Student at the BAC+4/5 level, you are preparing a university degree, business school or engineering school, in real estate or in a related field.
