Accounting manager – (H/F)

Contexte

Dans un contexte de forte transformation et de structuration de sa nouvelle Division regroupant les activité santé et prévoyance, le groupe renforce sa division Finance et met en place un nouveau département regroupant la Consolidation, le département taxe et fiscalité ainsi que la cellule comptabilité et reporting.

Missions

Rattaché(e) au Head of Accounting & Tax, vous aurez pour mission de structurer et piloter l'ensemble des activités comptables du périmètre, incluant :

  • Une compagnie d'assurance,
  • Une société de réassurance,
  • Une MGA (Managing General Agent),
  • Ainsi qu'une succursale au Royaume-Uni et plusieurs filiales internationales (Irlande, Hong Kong, Singapour).

Le poste s'inscrit dans un environnement en création, nécessitant la mise en place complète des outils, processus et contrôles.

À ce titre, vos principales responsabilités seront de
:

  • Superviser la production comptable et les clôtures trimestrielles en normes françaises (French GAAP) ;
  • Garantir la production des états financiers annuels et réglementaires ;
  • Assurer la fiabilité des opérations quotidiennes et la correcte intégration des flux dans les comptes ;
  • Mettre en œuvre les contrôles internes nécessaires au bon suivi comptable et réglementaire ;
  • Créer, recruter et encadrer votre propre équipe (effectif à définir en fonction de la montée en charge), en structurant les rôles et les priorités opérationnelles ;
  • Travailler en lien étroit avec le/la Tax Manager et le/la Responsable IFRS & Solvabilité II, notamment sur les reportings consolidés ;
  • Contribuer activement aux projets transverses de transformation du département Finance (outillage, migration SAP vers S4-Hana prévue en 2026, harmonisation des pratiques entre entités).

Profil recherché

  • Vous justifiez d'au moins 7 ans d'expérience en comptabilité, incluant la production de comptes annuels et de reportings réglementaires ainsi que la partie technique ;
  • Votre parcours vous a permis d'acquérir une solide connaissance du secteur de l'assurance et de ses obligations prudentielles ;
  • Vous maîtrisez les environnements SAP, idéalement dans un contexte de migration ou de structuration ;
  • Vous faites preuve d'une grande rigueur, d'un esprit analytique affûté et savez piloter plusieurs chantiers de front ;
  • Votre maîtrise du français et votre excellent niveau d'anglais professionnel vous permettent d'évoluer aisément dans un contexte international.
