Chez Radiometer, notre Spécialiste IT & Chargé.e de Service Client sera intégré à une équipe de 6 personnes et est en charge du service client, de l'implémentation, la configuration et le support des solutions IT Radiometer. En tant que spécialiste, il/elle assure le maintien à niveau des solutions IT Radiometer en déployant les mises à jour, le support technique et téléphonique tout en assurant un haut niveau de satisfaction de nos clients.

Ce poste est idéalement basé sur Paris Est, au sein des bureaux de Radiometer. Le télétravail est envisageable, sous condition.

Principales responsabilités :

  • Assurer les installations à distance, le paramétrage et la configuration des logiciels AQURE.
  • Assurer les prestations de commande client relatives au solution IT.
  • Assurer le support téléphonique, et support à distance, des solutions IT Radiometer auprès des clients internes et externes.
  • Honorer les clauses des contrats de service informatique (Live Care Pack AQURE).
  • Gérer la commande et le renouvellement des licences informatiques du Logiciel AQURE
  • Gérer les contacts avec les fournisseurs SIL et les directions informatiques des hôpitaux.
  • Assurer la formation niveau Expert des clients, sur le logiciel AQURE, en centre de formation.

Formation et expérience souhaitées :

  • Niveau minimal Bac +2 dans le domaine Informatique et Réseau.
  • Expérience réussie de 3 à 5 ans, idéalement dans le service et support informatique auprès des établissements de santé et/ou de laboratoire.
  • Bonne connaissance de SQL, Java script, Power Shell et environnement Serveur Windows.
  • Connaissance de l'environnement et la structure informatique hospitalière (SIH/SIL).
  • Anglais technique écrit, lu et parlé.
