Les Détails De La Mission
Nous recherchons un profil junior RH Learning, pour soutenir l'équipe Learning en place (secteur cosmétique), avec quelques années d'expérience/de connaissances dans le domaine de l'apprentissage, pour une mission de 4 mois environ sur Paris :
- Soutien logistique : Coordonner et gérer la logistique des sessions de formation, des ateliers et des événements, notamment la réservation des salles, l'organisation des repas et la préparation du matériel de formation.
- Tâches administratives : Assister le personnel dans les tâches administratives générales telles que la gestion des calendriers, la préparation des présentations, la rédaction des communications et la tenue à jour des systèmes de classement.
- Gestion de la plateforme : Assurer l'administration de notre système de gestion de l'apprentissage (LMS) en aidant au téléchargement des cours, à l'inscription des utilisateurs et à la production de rapports de base.
- Coordination des fournisseurs : Assurer la liaison avec les fournisseurs et formateurs externes afin de garantir la livraison des services et du matériel dans les délais impartis.
- Communication : Assurer la liaison pour les demandes internes relatives aux programmes de formation, en fournissant des informations exactes et en temps opportun.
- Saisie et analyse des données : Assister à la saisie des données relatives à la participation aux formations et aux retours d'information, en contribuant à l'élaboration de rapports de base sur les activités d'apprentissage.
