? Le Contexte : L'Excellence au service du "Physical Product"Vous rejoignez l'Offer Testing Centre (OTC), une équipe pionnière au sein d'un leader industriel européen. Votre rôle est de muscler l'équipe de recherche pour accompagner le développement de produits innovants dans le domaine de la gestion de l'énergie (Energy Management).

Ici, l?UX ne s'arrête pas aux écrans : 90 % des produits sont physiques. Vous travaillerez sur des solutions concrètes (bornes de charge pour véhicules électriques, systèmes de stockage d?énergie) et leurs écosystèmes applicatifs. Nous recherchons un profil senior capable de s'intégrer rapidement dans nos process établis, avec humilité et une grande rigueur opérationnelle.

? Votre Mission : Piloter le cycle complet de rechercheEn tant que référent sur votre gamme de produits, vous pilotez la réalisation des projets de tests de A à Z :

1. Cadrage & Idéation :

Organiser les Testing Briefs pour identifier les problématiques, le scope (pays cibles) et les ambitions du projet.

Animer des workshops collaboratifs (« Que veut-on savoir ? ») avec les équipes projets (PM, Ingénieurs).

2. Protocole & Logistique :

Rédiger des protocoles de tests complets (méthodologie, guide d?entretien, définition des stimuli).

Coordonner les appels d?offres pour le recrutement des participants (via nos agences partenaires).

Gérer la logistique opérationnelle (lieux, dates, horaires) et la production/livraison des maquettes et prototypes sur les lieux de tests.

3. Modération & Analyse :

Modérer les interviews (en France ou à l'étranger) si la langue maternelle est adaptée.

Réaliser une analyse de données approfondie (Niveaux 1 et 2 : corrélations, insights stratégiques).

Utiliser Alchemer pour l'analyse quantitative/qualitative.

4. Restitution :

Mettre en forme les résultats selon les guidelines de l'OTC.

Présenter les résultats aux clients internes de manière impactante et structurée.

Profil candidat:

? Le Profil Recherché : L'Expert "Terrain" & IndustrielNous recherchons un profil senior autonome, capable de délivrer un haut niveau de qualité sans nécessiter un onboarding lourd.

Expérience : Minimum 5 ans en UX Research. Une expérience significative dans le secteur industriel ou sur des produits physiques est indispensable.

Formation : Master en Psychologie, Ergonomie ou Sciences Cognitives fortement apprécié.

Compétences Techniques :

Maîtrise des méthodologies : Discovery, Kano, Aesthetics, Usability, SUS, etc.

Outils : Alchemer (essentiel), Maze, Figma.

Environnement de travail : Travail exclusivement sur PC (Windows) avec maîtrise avancée de la Suite Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Note : Les profils travaillant exclusivement sur Mac ne seront pas retenus.

Langues : Français et Anglais courants obligatoires. L?Allemand est un avantage majeur pour les tests sur le marché DACH.

? Soft Skills : Rigueur et IntégrationEmpathie & Écoute : Capacité à comprendre finement les problématiques des clients internes et des utilisateurs finaux.

Posture Collaborative : Nous cherchons un partenaire capable de s'intégrer dans nos processus existants, sachant rendre des comptes et travailler en équipe, sans chercher à imposer ses propres méthodes.

Rigueur & Sens du détail : Une attention particulière est portée à la cohérence des protocoles et à la qualité des livrables.

Mobilité : Des déplacements (1 à 3 semaines par projet) sont à prévoir en Europe
