Sales Development Manager, Private Clients, Haute Couture
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
Work closely with senior management to define and implement a forward-thinking sales and development strategy aligned with company goals
VIP Clienteling & Couture Development
Develop and nurture Couture clients through exceptional, personalized service in the Paris boutique showroom and atelier.
Build long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and top collectors.
Build relationships with brand ambassadors who at an international level can attract target communities
Oversee Couture fittings and private client experiences in Paris and internationally.
Omnichannel Ready-to-Wear Development
Drive Ready-to-Wear sales through both boutique and e-commerce channels.
Ensure a seamless customer experience from day to evening, in-store and online.
Collaborate with the boutique team to create experiential selling moments.
Experiential Selling & Events
Create and lead high-impact presentations, trunk shows, and private events in Paris and abroad.
Represent the brand at international showcases and client activations.
Brand Partnerships & Collaborations
Identify, develop, and nurture strategic collaborations with complementary luxury, lifestyle, and cultural partners in order to build a database within our target audiences.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with merchandising, operations, PR, design, and atelier teams to ensure strong alignment and flawless execution of initiatives.
Product Ambassadorship
Serve as a passionate ambassador for the collections, communicating design vision, craftsmanship, and heritage with deep product knowledge.
International Travel
Lead and oversee international presentations, trunk shows, and Couture appointments across key markets.
Profile
Proven experience (7+ years) in client development within luxury fashion, couture, and luxury Ready-to-Wear.
Strong international network of VIP clients and potential brand ambassadors
Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-growing, creative start-up environment.
Excellent relationship-builder with refined communication skills.
Deep passion for Couture, craftsmanship, and luxury storytelling, with sustainability at its core.
Strong intercultural awareness and interpersonal skills.
Team-oriented, valuing empathy, curiosity, trust, ownership, and accountability.
Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
