? We're looking for an experienced
Organizational Change Manager
to guide a major international ERP rollout and help shape the future of finance and technology.
What You'll Do
Prepare, support, and guide stakeholders through every stage of transformation
Design and deploy a global change toolkit across multiple geographies
Build executive sponsorship and foster change readiness
Coordinate change activities across countries and business functions
Monitor, measure, and report on the change journey
Must-Have
What We're Looking For
Expertise in
change management
and global IT solution deployment
Strong
management experience
Excellent communication skills in
French & English
Nice-to-Have
Finance/Controlling process knowledge
Experience with large, complex, multi-country ERP rollouts
You're a Perfect Fit If You Have
- A background in management consulting, business transformation, or consulting leadership
- Hands-on experience delivering change projects across multiple countries
- Skills in impact assessment, stakeholder management, and change strategy design
