We're building the operating system for hospital administration.

Every day, hospitals drown in paperwork. Doctors spend hours on medical coding instead of treating patients. Administrators juggle dozens of fragmented systems just to keep operations running. The result? Burnout, inefficiency, and less time for what actually matters — patient care.

We believe there's a better way.

We use AI to automate the administrative burden that's holding healthcare back. Starting with medical coding — one of the most time-consuming, error-prone tasks in hospitals — we're building intelligent systems that handle the complexity, so healthcare workers don't have to.


As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will:

  • Drive the development of our medical coding backend
  • Help building the medical coding LLM agentic solution in close collaboration with our CTO
  • Build the frontend of the solution (doctors & admin operators user-facing app)
  • Build data pipelines between hospital systems and our tech stack, ensuring interoperability while adhering to HDS (health data security) standards
  • Work closely with the CTO to refine our application's architecture, balancing fast iterations and scalability

We're looking for someone who:

  • Is passionate about the ongoing AI revolution
  • Is action-oriented, autonomous, and ambitious

Has
:

  • 4+ years of experience in a Full-Stack development role
  • Proficiency in & TypeScript
  • Experience in DevOps & infrastructure (no need to be an expert)
  • The ability to work with high-level goals, break down complex problems, and deliver results independently
