We're growing fast and looking for our first Sales hire to help us convert inbound leads into happy customers and scale our international reach.

Your mission

As our first Sales hire, you'll take ownership of the entire sales cycle — from demo to close.

You'll guide prospects through how Leonar can transform their recruiting operations, adapt each demo to their needs, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

You'll also collaborate directly with the founder to refine our sales strategy, improve our funnel, and contribute to building the future of Leonar's commercial engine.

What you'll do
  • Manage and qualify inbound leads — understand their needs, pain points, and priorities.
  • Conduct product demos in French and English, tailoring each presentation to the client's context (ATS, CRM, sourcing automation, outreach).
  • Lead the closing process : handle objections, follow up effectively, and negotiate with confidence.
  • Maintain strong client relationships post-sale, ensuring adoption and long-term satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell (AI sourcing services, multi-user plans).
    Track and optimize your sales activity using our CRM (Leonar runs on Leonar- ).
    Share market and customer insights to help refine the product and messaging.
You're a great fit if you are…
  • Bilingual French / English , comfortable running demos and conversations in both languages.
  • Experienced in B2B SaaS sales (2–5 years), ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • A closer — confident turning interest into decisions, with a structured sales approach.
  • Curious and product-minded , eager to deeply understand how Leonar works and how it fits client workflows.
  • Consultative and empathetic — you listen first, advise second, and build trust naturally.
    • Organized and data-driven — you manage your pipeline and follow up consistently.
  • Excited about joining an early-stage SaaS where you'll shape the sales process, not just follow one.
